Amy McDonald, MS, PA-C

Amy McDonald, MS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 9 years of experience practicing in Family Medicine, and 2 years practicing in adult & geriatric psychiatry.

Amy is a native Texan, and grew up locally in Bedford. After graduating from Trinity High School, she attended Texas A&M University in College Station to receive her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, and received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2010. Amy is certified by both the Texas Physician Assistant Board and the NCCPA. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery. 

 

When she’s not working, Amy is spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband have two children, and can often be found on the baseball & soccer fields, kid’s school activities, or Cub Scout events. She’s an active member of her Bedford community, and enjoys good food, fishing/boating at the lake, and a good movie.
